Student and Family Orientation Schedule, ECP – 8

All Twos, Pre-School (PS), and Junior Kindergarten (JK) students and families are invited to join us for the Early Childhood Program Open House.

9 – 9:30 a.m. – New Students

• New Twos: Early Childhood Program Building
• New PS and JK: Saints’ Meadow

10 – 10:30 a.m. – Returning Students

• Returning PS and JK: Saints’ Meadow

All kindergarten students and families and all new families in grades 1 – 8 are invited to attend.

Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. at the main Lower School entrance to the Belfield campus, adjacent to the football field. Programming will start promptly at 9 a.m. Students will join their teachers in the classroom, and families will join the administration for orientation programming. Programming for students and families will conclude by 11:00 a.m.

Look for an email with sign-up details in early August. A Zoom option is available if needed.

Childcare for enrolled students in Kindergarten – Grade 4 is available during parent partnership meetings

New and returning Grades 1 – 4 students may drop by the Lower School to see their classroom, meet their teacher, and drop off supplies.

* New and returning students in Grades 5 – 8 should bring all supplies on the first day of school.
