Hiring Process
Hiring Our Team
Once you submit the required materials for a position, you can expect the following:
- Teaching Faculty: The majority of hiring teaching faculty members takes place from January – May. If selected as a finalist, you will be matched with a host teacher and the divisional academic dean who will provide helpful guidance before and during a campus visit. Candidates will be interviewed by teachers and administrators and receive a tour of the campus by a student. Each teaching candidate delivers a sample lesson and observes classes as part of the visit. Our process provides a sense of a typical day at St. Anne’s-Belfield and is structured to help both the candidate and the School determine if the fit is right.
- Administration or Staff: Open administrative or staff positions will be posted as they become available throughout the year. After submitting the required materials as instructed in the job posting, candidates that meet the preliminary set of qualifications will be contacted for a phone interview followed by an on-campus interview, should they move forward in the application process.
